How manually record steps and activities on Okaya?

To manually record an activity or steps in Okaya, all you need to do is:
- Start the app
- Click on Wellness Dossier
- Scroll down to the activity section and click on the + sign next to steps or activity (based on what you want to record)
- For steps, simply enter the number of steps you walked on that day.
- For activities, select what you did and the duration in minutes.
We then use this information as part of our wellbeing algorithm.
