  • Emotional Resilience

next to your usual range

The scores so far actually feel quite accurate and relatable for me. For example, today I received a lower score, which makes sense because I slept very poorly. I can really recognize myself in the results

Who sees your results

  • Your results

Your result is yours: you see your own score.

Individual results stay private to the individual.

  • The camera

The video never leaves the device.

Okaya never identifies who you are from your face. There is no facial recognition.

  • If you bring your team

Leadership sees group trends only, and only when the minimum number of people are in your group. Never who checked in, how anyone did, or anything they said.

Hi John, I'm Sanora. How are you feeling today? What's been on your mind lately?

Stop and Submit

Sample data.
  1. Open the link and enter your code. Your browser asks for camera and microphone.

The video never leaves the device.

  3. See your result, with a goal and a reminder if you want them.

You'll be talking out loud. A parked car works.

Do the first one now, while you have the code. Then a few ordinary mornings a week, before Slack.

Alongside

Your ring

Your WHOOP or Oura has firm views on your sleep and has never heard you explain the roadmap. Keep wearing it.

Your coach

Your coach sees you every other week. Check in on the days between and walk in with your own numbers.

AI coaches

An AI coach reads what you type. Okaya also hears how you say it.

Your team

Start with you. Bring the team when you're ready.

Pick a date that matters, like planning week or launch day. Send the team a conversation starter, a dated check-in.
